WEBSITE TERMS

Bring the brief. The contract comes later.

These terms govern use of the Try It Out experiential agency website. They are website-use terms only. A campaign, booking, production instruction, quotation or other commercial engagement becomes binding only when the relevant parties enter into an approved written agreement or otherwise expressly agree binding commercial terms.

Agency information and concept work

The website describes Try It Out's experiential, activation, field-team and campaign-system capabilities. Concept experiences, original capability visualisations and system demonstrations are labelled as such. They are not presented as completed client campaigns, endorsements or verified third-party results.

Campaign brief submissions

A submitted brief is an invitation to discuss a potential campaign. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, availability, pricing, exclusivity, venue access, permits, production capacity or campaign delivery. Try It Out may request more information before deciding whether and how to respond.

The secure brief channel issues a reference when the enquiry is recorded. That reference confirms receipt by the enquiry system; it is not a purchase order, booking confirmation or contractual acceptance.

Confidential information

Do not submit trade secrets, unreleased credentials, payment-card information, passwords or other highly sensitive material through the website form. If a campaign requires confidential disclosures, the parties should first agree the appropriate confidentiality arrangement.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website's original copy, design system, motion treatment, visualisations, code, brand elements and concept presentation are owned by or used with permission by Try It Out. Viewing the site does not transfer intellectual-property rights. You may not reproduce, sell, scrape for republication, or present the site's original creative work as your own without permission.

Brands and third-party names remain the property of their respective owners. Where an industry or category is referenced in a speculative concept, that reference does not imply a client relationship or endorsement.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the website, attempt to bypass security controls or rate limits, submit malicious code, impersonate another person or organisation, use automated systems to overload the campaign channel, or attempt unauthorised access to Firebase, Firestore, Cloud Functions or related infrastructure.

Website availability

Try It Out may change, suspend or maintain the website and its campaign channel. While reasonable care is taken with the information presented, website content may change as services, campaigns and operating models evolve.

Third-party services

The website relies on infrastructure and security services supplied by third parties, including Firebase and Google Cloud. Optional analytics or other providers may be introduced only in accordance with the site's privacy controls and disclosures.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Try It Out is not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from reliance on general website information or temporary unavailability of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or overrides rights that apply under South African law.

Privacy

Personal information submitted through the site is handled according to the Privacy Notice. Security and abuse-prevention controls are part of the campaign enquiry process.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Commercial campaign agreements may contain their own dispute, jurisdiction and governing-law provisions.
